All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, LOXXÈ Hair Collection maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy. This is to ensure the hygiene, quality, and safety of every bundle we sell.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only offer exchanges in the case of:
- Wrong item received (length, texture, or type differs from what was ordered)
- A defective or damaged product (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the item in its original packaging and unused condition
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide exchange instructions.
Strictly No Returns on Opened or Used Hair
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair that has been:
- Opened from its original packaging
- Installed, washed, colored, or altered in any way
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, all sales are final as processing begins immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LOXXÈ Hair Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
